Majority of our products are not considered ‘Brand New’ products unless stated in the title or description, they are considered Factory Graded or ‘Refurbished’ products. The majority of retail outlets such as John Lewis, Tesco, Currys and so on all offer 30 day return policies. This can be anything from an unwanted gift, a change of mind from the customer or even the wrong colour of an item. Once the product has been opened from its original packaging, the retailers are no longer able to resell the product as brand new. This is where we come in.

Around 90 % of the products we sell at Everything Electrical Jim are refurbished and may have imperfections however these products are refurbished and tested by our team of qualified electricians and engineers. Meaning whilst the products are refurbished, essentially its tested thoroughly and it working order before it is despatched to you. We are confident of the quality of our products we even offer you 6 months return to base warranty!

We use various couriers mainly Parcelforce, Interlink Express, DHL, Geopost and Royal mail.
Our parcels are sent on a  3-5 working day basis as standard unless next day option is chosen upon checkout.  We will endeavour to get your order to you as quick as possible and in some circumstances, parcels will arrive before the 3-5 day timeline.

Our couriers collect at 3 pm Monday to Friday. Last orders will be processed at 2 pm, any orders after 2 pm will be processed the next working day.
Any orders on the weekend will be processed Monday for standard delivery where applicable. We do not work bank holidays, this will be treated as a weekend and orders will be processed next working for delivery where applicable.
